There is a Miracle in your House!! 2 Kings 4:1-7, tells a story of a lady that needed a miracle. Her husband had died and she had no money to pay her debts. They were coming to enslave her 2 sons for the debt. She goes to the man of God and tells him her needs and He said, "What do you want me to do?" Then he asked her, "What do you have in your house?" She replied, "Nothing, EXCEPT a small jar of oil." Oil is symbolic of the Holy Spirit and if you get the Lord in your house then there are possibilities for a miracle!!! He told her to go borrow all the vessels that she could get, "Borrow not a few." He told her to go and activate her faith in advance of the miracle. He told her that when she had all the vessels in place, "Shut the door, and Pour it out." We MUST learn to shut the door on some things: negative attitudes, the I can't syndrome, people that will tell you that your DREAM will not come true. Shut the door to the Negativity in your life, and get alone with God. Then, God wants us to pour ourselves out into this world. There are people around you that need your qualities and influence. I invite you to pour yourself out to the Lord...He is waiting on your active faith. As she poured the oil continued until every vessel was full. A key thing to read in this passage is that the "Oil remained!!" God will not leave you, he will remain with you and bless you through your crisis. She was then told by the prophet to go and sell it and pay the debts, but there was enough left over to to live comfortably from that point.
The point of this writing tonight is to tell you that, "You already have everything in your house to attain the miracles in your life now." You already have everything in your life to attain the dreams!! Just trust in the Lord and DO GOOD!! She expected something to happen by borrowing the vessels. EXPECTATIONS are the breeding ground for Miracles!!! I want to see the miracles in our lives like never before. It is in our lives already, and when He does it the Oil will remain!! I'm praying that you get Full of the Holy Spirit and begin to pour yourself out unto other vessels. You have friends and family that need to be touched by the gospel. Share your life with them and see the greatness of God operate in them!! Share your dreams with them, and pray like never before that we will all: "LIVE THE DREAM"
This passage should teach us that God is concerned about our situations. He blessed her by making her dream come true: financially and in her family!! If God did it for her, He will do it for you. Claim the blessings!!

This is true. We are the ones who need to get our homes in order so we can then see what we have. Our home has been soo blessed this year. Somethings that have been hidden, are now coming back to our family. There is no generic God, He wants the best for us; its us who sell ourselves short... Thanks Dr. Holder for you word....
