Intamacy & Relationship

You must have a relationship with someone for REAL intimacy to occur. We must have a right relationship with the Lord for our worship (intimacy) to be right with the Lord and real intimacy to occur with the Lord. In Moses time he operated with levels of intimacy daily:

4 Circles: Outer Circle (where the masses lived), Elder Circle (these saw the Lord when the masses could not), the circle of Moses and Joshua, and finally the Inner Circle (only Moses). In each of these circles a deeper level of intimacy was required. Masses couldn't go into the elders group. The elders couldn't go into Moses and Joshua's circle, and Joshua couldn't enter into the inner circle. This was always reflective of the level of intimacy that people were walking or abiding by. I'm very close with lots of people, but there is only a select few that could walk into my house (circle) unannounced. You would have to be in a very close circle for this to happen. We must all be close enough to the Lord that we can walk into His presence and feel His anointing!! We have to be close enough and eager enough to really press in and become close to Him!!

The Lord is wanting us to enter into deeper intimacy with Him. People everywhere are at different levels of intimacy. In a worship service all different types of people are entering into a intimacy circle with the Lord @ different paces and levels. You should NEVER be held up from a circle of intimacy with the Lord. You must press in on your own!!! Real intimacy inspires REAL worship!! True worship changes us intellectually and emotionally. We must move into the inner circle with the Lord and really prove that we love Him. Worship is a LIFESTYLE.

I challenge you today to: Examine your Worship, Deepen your Intimacy for Worship, and Obey God through your Worship unto Him!!

The Fire Inside!!

Today, I wanted to write something that I feel is very necessary for all of us to walk in. We must all walk in a NEW LEVEL of Intamacy with the Lord. God is looking for those that will truly worship Him!! Worship is a lifestyle, that is produced in your daily walk with Him. Elijah fought the prophets of Baal on Mt. Carmel at a time when most were not intimate with God. They were intimate with other things. He challenged the prophets of Baal to a showdown!! The God that answers by FIRE will be the true God!! He made a statement before this in addressing the people, "How Long will you be of 2 opinions?" I believe that is what the Lord is asking today? Who do you really serve?

When Elijah showed up on the mountain, I believe He was HOT with intamacy. He had been spending time with the Lord. He was prayed up, worshipped up and READY!! We must be believers that are ready!! Ready for the onslought of the enemy at any time. We ought to be ready when we get to church!! Not have to be pumped and primed to worship. If you live a life of worship, then you will show up on fire!! See, Elijah was praying for FIRE, but he already had fire in him!! When we really are intimate with the Lord, it lights a fire in us to become what we have never been, do what we have never done, and experience what we have never experienced before. I want you to see the picture here!! 1 vs. 450. Some of us everyday face huge odds, but be of good cheer, if God is with you, you are in the majority!!! I challenge you to become more intimate with God everyday!! Take your life to a new level and really experience the deep things of God!! Worship is one of the key elements of your life, remember worship is not what just what you do at church, its your LIFE!!

Get HOT for God!! Let a effectual and fervent Hot prayer come from your mouth!!! There are so many things God wants to do for you!! Become more intimate with Him and see what you have never seen before. This experience of Elijah to me is more about worship than anything else. He worships God by: Rebuilding the altar, providing a sacrifice, by giving a huge offering (4 barrels of water, drought for 3 1/2 years)(this was one of the most precious things around at the time), and praying with all FAITH that God was going to prove himself to the people. I challenge you: Become intimate and HOT for Jesus!! This will put the devil on the run!!

Drink From His Cup

Today in service we sang a song with the following lyrics: I want to sit @ YOUR feet, DRINK FROM THE CUP IN YOUR HAND, lay back against you and breath, feel your heartbeat. This love is so deep, its more than I can stand, I melt in your peace its overwhelming!! As we sang that song, I remembered the ceremonial wedding tactics of the early jews. When an arrangment was made between families, the son would come with all of his friends and family to a engagment party. He would then offer a glass to spouse to be. If she accepted his proposal, then she would take the cup and drink. If she didn't then she would simply push the cup away. As we sang the song today, I felt the Lord saying unto the church that we must take His cup and accept His proposal. On the night of Jesus' betrayal, He took the cup and offered it unto His disciples. They accepted and drank from the cup. Today, I felt the Lord saying to the church, that we must accept His invitation to be His bride. We are the bride of Christ, and He is preparing our destiny now!! Take his cup, surrender yourself unto Him, and find the destiny that He has prepared for you!! Accept His invitation to really LIVE in Him!! He wants you to surrender all, becoming HIS bride. I want to sit @ His feet, and drink from the cup. I want to lay back against Him and breath (symbolic of real peace), feel (know) His heartbeat. His love is so deep, it's more than we can stand!! We will all melt in his peace, It really is OVERWHELMING!!!

God's Love

On the 14th we will celebrate and spend time with those we love. Valentines is a day of showing your significant other that they are very important to you!! God through his son Jesus, over 2000 years ago showed His love for us. He sent His only begotten Son to this Earth for us. John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten son...." God sent His love for us!!! I challenge you to send your love to someone. Make someone's day brighter and more beautiful by sharing your love and faith with another. Let the Lord use your life to be a statement of His love for others.

Agape love is a love without limits. There are no limits in real love!! I'm thankful God really loves us!! When we were in sin, He loved us. When we were lost, He loved us. When we were broke, He loved us. He loves us no matter where or what condition we are in!! God gave...to prove His love. I challenge you to give yourself to prove God's Love to people around you!! Celebrate the Love of Jesus with those around you!!

Sunday's Blessings!!

We are still flowing with the words of the Crusade and Confrence of 2008 in Haiti!! NO LIMIT!!!

Today in the service the Lord really touched us and blessed us. I preached this morning about the unlimited blessings in the Lord!! The NO-LIMIT God!! We can and will operate with the unlimmited blessings of the Lord. We have an unlimited potential to recieve all the Lord has for us!! I'm so greatful to everyone for their efforts in building the kingdom!! New life is so blessed to have such wonderful people with such vision to reach the lost and accomplish the dream. This is a day to be released by the power of the Lord!!! Released into a NEW LIFE!! Released to accomplish the Dream!! Live the dream, believe for the dream, and expect God to give you the ability to capture the dream and really live for His glory!!

Look through the last few writings and see the incredible things the Lord did in Haiti!! God not only wants to do these things in Haiti, but here in Lufkin as well!! It is time to ARISE and BUILD!! Get involved in the building process, Lets BUILD together!! Build the kingdom and our family!! The vision of God is going to come to pass for our lives. Focus on the end result and don't get sidetracked in the process. Thsi was a glorius day in the church. We are becoming and doing what the Lord has purposed for us to do!!

Ask the Lord to: "open your heart to see and believe, what your eyes see and dont believe." When things look like they wont make it, or there is a struggle for you to continue!! Dont'g Give Up!! Don't Ever Give Up!!!!! Keep your heart on the prize of the dream!!!

Haiti Day 3

We had an incredible Sun. night @ the crusade, close to 40,000. It will grow nightly now!!! I'm honored, Dr. Jay scheduled me to preach te Wed. night of the crusade!! What an honor!! In the ministers meetings (Confrence during the day) we have about 800 pastors and leaders attending!! I preached the final message of the day today and it was really something!! I preached this morning on the RELEASE OF GOD, FROM DUET. 15:1. They were pumped which pumped me up and the gifts began to flow!!! Amazing what God does for His people!!! Corena is seeing visions and I think she is going to share it @ the crusade tonight!! Really incredible what the Lord is doing!! There is 39 people here now for the crusade. Lots of people!!! We are praying for over 50,000 on Tues. & Wed night!!

Believe with us daily for NO RAIN!! The devil is mad: He is losing his territory, so he's shaking up the atmosphere to drive people away!! We command Him to leave our meetings and NO RAIN in Jesus Name!!!!

Haiti Day #2

Day 2 (Sunday) in Haiti!!

Today has already been a Great Day!! We got up @ 4:30 am to be in position for services @ 6:30!! Wow!! I preached @ a church this morning that is one of the main plant chruches for COTR Haiti. God showed up in a tremendous way. He touched hundreds of lives today as I shared about God giving us a new beginning!!! The #8 of course signifies: new beginnings!! The church I preached @ today is 8 days away from celebrating their 7th anniversary. So in 9 days they will be entering their 8th year!! I preached about Duet. 15:1, where after 7 years comes a release!! God released His Power upon His People this morning. It was a tremendous time!!

Pray for NO RAIN!!! NO RAIN in Jesus name. Rain scares the Hatians to death. Literally, when it sprinkled (bearly sprinkling) thousands left the service. Some would ask why?? When it rains here in Port Au Prince people can die. We are on a mountain side that has no drainage except for the road basins. Wo one inch in the mnts. could be a river by the time it gets to where we are. So, pray that it dosent rain!!! Only a reign of the Holy Spirit!! We are expcting upwards of 30,000 tonight!! Also, be in prayer for me, I will be preaching on Wed. Night!! What an honor!! I know that God is using our team in ushering in through this revival a "NEW MOVE." Not only is God going to do it here, but He is doing it everywhere!!

Haiti Trip!!

I have enclosed a letter to my congregation about my Haiti trip!! We are on day 1 of 7!! There is a freshness to what God is doing in me this year!! God is retooling and empowering us for a Real Big Move of his GLORY!! Across this land God is getting ready to reveal HIS Power and Might!!! Folks, GET READY!! Lets continue to pour our hearts out to Him and pray, fast and seek His Anointing like never before. IT IS THE YEAR OF THE DREAMER!!! Your God Dreams are coming to pass Now!!! In the Name of Jesus!! As we arrived here in Haiti there is a sense of Freshness, there are many that are tired and hungry, Hear me God is going to REFRESH some lives here this week that don't even see it coming!! He is going to touch HIS sheep and pour out fresh ointment upon them to heal their wounds, and troubles this week in the name of Jesus!! He is doing that here in Haiti, and He is going to do it wherever you are, if you will just call out in Faith and ask Him to come and refresh your life!!

Here is the letter to the church!!:

Well the team and I have arrived in Haiti!!! Good trip and wonderful blessings await. Be in prayer for us daily, we will be praying for you!!! Lots of people here for this trip, and I know that God is going to do something TRULY AMAZING, I can hardly wait to see what He will do this year, in the crusade and the pastors conference!!

I want to share something incredible!! Corena, which is part of the team this year here in Haiti, told me of a dream she had to return to Haiti and see the where the ministry began and the Lord really used her. She served here in Haiti some 30 yrs. ago. She had said that she really would love to see the place where she used to serve and possible see some of the people that she used to know. But, we both talked about it being so long ago, that it was probably improbable.
We left the airport and went through the terrible road system and finally arrived at the compound where the Headquarters for COTR Haiti and the school are located. We piled out of the vehicles and started to look around and Corena called out to me and said, "Pastor this is the very place and hotel where I worked 30 yrs AGO!!" She was so excited and thrilled to be back at one of the starting places of her ministry. Before we walked around she began to tell me the layout of the entire property and where things were located!! I'm telling you tears came to my eyes, to know that I have been preaching about this being the year DREAMS are restored, where the people will begin to live the dreams they once walked in. I was just beside myself!!! We had talked about it, and furthermore she had the same conversation with Tammy prior to coming here to Haiti!!

What a God we Serve!! He put her right back in the same place where ministry began!! Talk about DREAMS coming true!!! This is the year of Dreams coming to reality. I say "LET YOUR DREAM LIVE!!!!" If you can dream it, you can live it!!

As I have told you, sometimes God will use somebody else to help make your dreams come true!! Thank you to everyone who helped Corena come!!! This is going to be a SUPERNATURAL event in her life!!!
